Customers share

Reward first purchases
Credit is issued after eligibility checks and the return hold you set.
You set the terms
Fixed or percentage
A set amount per order, or a percentage of eligible merchandise after discounts. Shipping and tax don’t count.
Whole store or one product
Reward store-wide purchases or a single active product. Gift cards are excluded.
A return hold you choose
Credit waits 1 to 30 days after payment, so returns come first.
Optional friend discount
Give friends a percentage off when they shop through the link.
First purchases only
Only a friend’s first-ever order at your store counts, within 30 days of clicking the link. No self-referrals.
Refunds adjust rewards
Partial refunds reduce a reward. Full refunds and cancellations cancel it before it’s issued.
See exactly what happened
Each reward shows who referred whom, the terms it earned under, its return hold and its status. Rewards Drip can’t verify are marked for review instead of being issued.
